Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Providing information at the reception and on the telephone • Ensuring flawless customer service • Receipt and forwarding of goods • Scheduling of patient accompaniment and laboratory sample transports • Operating the telephone switchboard • Collection tasks • Various administrative tasks Your profile • Completed vocational training in the hotel, tourism, or a similar industry • Several years of professional experience in the service sector with direct customer contact • Skill in dealing with people from different cultures • Proficiency in the German language in spoken and written form • Very good English skills as well as knowledge of at least one other language • Good IT skills • Willingness to work shifts and weekend services (incl. night shifts) Our benefits We look forward to your application Marie-Louise Fader Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
