HR Generalist (m/f/d) 80-100%

For our talent pools, we are continuously looking for qualified HR Generalists (m/f/d) with payroll experience.

Tasks:

• Operative support and responsibility for all HR processes for the Switzerland location as well as occasional support for the Germany location.
• Independent processing of Swiss payroll including maintenance of master data, monthly and annual closings, social insurances, and time management.
• Control and coordination of German payroll accounting in coordination with the external payroll partner.
• Processing of the entire HR administration along the employee lifecycle (employment contracts, changes, interim and employment references, personnel files).
• Competent contact person for employees and managers in all labor law and personnel-related matters.
• Co-design of HR projects with a focus on digitalization, process optimization, and corporate culture.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial basic training or studies, ideally supplemented by further HR training (e.g., HR-Fachmann/-frau).
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist with sound practice in Swiss payroll processing.
• Reliable knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law; practical relevance to German labor law is a plus.
• Service-oriented, structured way of working with a high hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills and empathy in exchange with all hierarchical levels.
• Business fluent German as well as good English skills.
• User knowledge in Abacus (Payroll & time management) and Workday is an advantage.
