What awaits you Your challenge • You provide cross-functional support to the product development teams around the three products UKA Solutions, CAREMA and UKA Connect on DevOps topics and manage the existing infrastructure. • You ensure the stable operation of the production and development environments at the infrastructure level. • You analyze and resolve malfunctions in close collaboration with the development teams, IT services and the external infrastructure provider. • You optimize automation around builds, deployments, tests, monitoring and alerts. • You advance technical concepts and create the foundations for a stable, secure and easy-to-maintain infrastructure. • You work with technologies and tools such as GitLab, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, ELK, Grafana and Nagios. • You take charge of cross-functional topics such as license management and access rights for developers. • You actively contribute to the development of a new DevOps team and bring your ideas for sustainable long-term solutions. What you bring Your qualities and skills • At least 3 years of professional experience in a DevOps or DevOps-adjacent environment • Degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent professional experience (you either come from software development and are DevOps-oriented, or you have an infrastructure background with a strong understanding of DevOps Engineering) • Knowledge of several technologies used at HRM is an advantage: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, GitLab • You like to participate actively and contribute your ideas • You feel comfortable in an environment where not everything is yet definitively defined and approach topics proactively, analytically and solution-oriented • You are proficient in German, both spoken and written Would you like to contribute to the creation of a DevOps team and share your experience?
