For our client, we are looking for a motivated customer advisor (m/f/d) who can start immediately. The project has existed for over 20 years and offers a stable environment with thorough training at the beginning. After a two-week full-time induction, there is the possibility to work at a workload of 80 to 100 percent. Anyone who enjoys direct customer contact and wants to actively use their language skills will find an exciting challenge here.

Tasks

In this role, you will answer general inquiries regarding the customer loyalty program and serve as a competent contact person for participants. You will accept new registrations and communicate in writing as well as orally via various channels. These include emails, chat inquiries, and also feedback via social media. With your friendly and solution-oriented manner, you will ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

For this position, you bring a completed commercial basic training as well as at least one year of professional experience in the office sector. You communicate eloquently and confidently in spoken and written language and are fluent in Swiss German and French, while English and Italian are an advantage. Additionally, you have good knowledge in handling common MS Office programs. Important are a high service orientation, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of daily customer contact.
