The Real Estate department ensures the management, maintenance, and development of EHL's infrastructure. Its role is to guarantee high-performing, safe, and sustainable facilities, while managing improvement and investment projects that support the experience of students, employees, and campus visitors. Team Leader - Electricity The mission of the Team Leader Electricity is to ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of the campus's electrical infrastructure. He guarantees proactive and service-oriented maintenance, coordinates teams and technical providers, contributes to the energy optimization of the facilities, and acts as an operational electrician in accordance with Article 13 OIBT. Your responsibilities: • Supervise, organize, and develop a team of technicians in a culture of quality, safety, and service. • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to guarantee the availability of electrical installations. • Coordinate interventions of internal teams and external providers while ensuring the quality of services. • Manage emergency interventions and effectively prioritize actions in a demanding environment. • Ensure the monitoring of compliance of electrical installations and organize periodic OIBT inspections. • Manage small technical projects as well as the administrative follow-up of quotes, orders, and interventions. • Use and optimize CMMS tools in order to improve planning, intervention monitoring, and service performance. • Contribute to the energy optimization of the campus by identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions. • Analyze the state of electrical installations and propose sustainable solutions guaranteeing their long-term performance. • Act as the technical electricity reference for the campus and contribute to the renewal and investment strategy for infrastructure. Your profile: • You hold a Federal Diploma of Electrical Project Manager in installation and safety, a Federal Master in electricity, or an equivalent training. • You have 5 to 10 years of confirmed experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in a complex tertiary environment (campus, hospitality, hospital setting or equivalent). • You have solid knowledge of OIBT standards and requirements. • You have successful experience in supervising technical teams and managing external providers. • You have a good understanding of the challenges of preventive and corrective maintenance. • You have experience in using a CMMS tool or the ability to adopt one quickly. • You are recognized for your sense of service, your reactivity, and your pragmatism. • You are able to organize, motivate, and develop a team in a culture of quality and service. • You are comfortable in managing priorities, anticipating needs, and the continuous improvement of installations. • You are a native French speaker and possess good knowledge of English (B2).
