Claims Specialist Cyber Insurance (m/f/d) 136738 | 80 - 100% | Oerlikon, Zürich | Hybrid At Zurich Schweiz, within the Claims business unit in Property/Liability claims, you will take on a central role in the professional and customer-oriented processing of cyber claims. The Property/Liability claims area is responsible for the settlement of all claims from property and liability insurance for private and corporate customers, and plays a central role in maintaining our high service quality. Within a well-coordinated team, you will process cyber insurance claims with commitment and personal responsibility. You analyze claim notifications, clarify facts, evaluate liability and coverage issues, and calculate compensation. You are the central contact person for our insured parties, advise them competently, initiate immediate measures, and coordinate cooperation with IT specialists, lawyers, and other partners. Your careful documentation and compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements ensure that all claims are processed seamlessly and transparently.
