Plant Operator Roasting / Mass Chocolate Production #

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for one or more production lines in the field of mass cocoa production / mass chocolate manufacturing
• Execution and documentation of quality control and line processes
• Autonomous ordering and return of materials according to manufacturing orders
• Organization and execution of cleanings and product changeovers
• Detection and resolution of faults and support for the technical service during overhauls

Requirements

• Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent training in the food sector (food technologist CFC, food practitioner AFP, plant operator CFC, confectionery technologist IHK, food technologist IHK)
• Technical understanding in the management of chain installations and modern controls (experience with cylinder installations an advantage)
• Availability for shift work
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Good IT skills (SAP experience an advantage)
