For our team at Bill's Burger, we are looking for a motivated personality as of immediately or by arrangement as: Grill Cook 100% Tasks • Professional and independent preparation of burger patties, buns, sauces, and side dishes at the grill station according to recipe and quality standards • Ensuring a smooth and efficient lunch service during peak times (Monday–Friday, 11:00–14:00) • Preparation of the mise en place for the grill station before the start of service • Support in the preparation of salads and bowls • Active assistance with orders, stock management, and inventories • Consistent compliance with HACCP guidelines and hygiene regulations • Support in the execution of events and caterings • Close, appreciative cooperation with the entire kitchen and service team Requirements • Completed vocational training as Koch/Köchin EFZ or equivalent practical experience in the kitchen • Initial to several years of professional experience in gastronomy, ideally at the grill or in burger preparation • Enjoyment of fresh, fast cuisine and high quality standards even under time pressure • Proficient handling of HACCP guidelines and consistent compliance with hygiene requirements • Resilience, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality • Team player with a friendly, helpful demeanor towards guests • Good German skills Benefits • Predictable working hours: Monday to Friday, during the day – weekends and public holidays off • Company holidays at Christmas and New Year • Open and transparent corporate culture • Discounted meals • Regular team events • Access to the in-house gym Your application If you recognize yourself in this profile and would like to bring your joy of cooking to a professional environment, then send us your complete application documents.
