Your contribution
You take responsibility for the planning, organization and leadership of your ward
You ensure that our performance goals are achieved together and are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process according to NANDA
You ensure a high quality of care and actively develop the nursing diagnostic process further
You contribute to the ward management committee – in the sense of true co-creation
You support your team also in direct care
You actively contribute to interprofessional cooperation as well as to continuous improvements (Lean Management)
What you bring with you
You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF, FH or an equivalent training with SRK recognition
You must have several years of leadership experience in the acute sector, ideally in geriatric medicine
You have already completed management training in the healthcare sector
You enjoy taking responsibility and developing your team as well as accompanying learners and students
You communicate clearly and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
You encounter elderly people with respect, empathy and genuine appreciation
