Job description ##

Depending on the temporary missions offered to you with our various clients, you will join the kitchen brigade and, under the orders of the chefs de cuisine, participate in the mise en place as well as the preparation of dishes served in the "à la carte" restaurant or for the catering and event part, in production kitchen. You will primarily use and transform fresh and high-quality products which you will enhance according to the standards and recipes of the establishment. Depending on the missions offered, you may be required to perform "live cooking" services in front of guests.

Profile sought ##

Having benefited from a recognized training as a cook, you possess at least three years of experience with high-standing hotel establishments or in gastronomic/bistronomic type catering. You are passionate about preparing high-quality dishes. Your sense of detail and your taste for innovation make you a collaborator who can truly bring an added value to our various clients.
