Cook # Company description ## As part of regular temporary missions that will be offered to you with our clients, high-end hotel establishments as well as high-standing restaurants located in the Lausanne region and on the Lake Geneva Arc, we are actively looking for several Cooks / Station Chefs (M/F) ## As part of regular temporary missions with hotels and restaurants Job description ## Depending on the temporary missions that will be offered to you with our various clients, you will join the kitchen brigade and, under the orders of the chefs de cuisine, participate in the mise en place as well as the preparation of dishes served in the "à la carte" restaurant or for the catering and event part, in production cooking. You will essentially use and transform fresh and high-quality products which you will enhance according to the standards and recipes of the establishment. Depending on the proposed missions, you may be required to perform "live cooking" performances in front of guests. Profile sought ## Benefiting from a recognized training as a cook, you possess at least three years of experience with high-standing hotel establishments or in gastronomic/bistronomic type catering. You are passionate about preparing quality dishes. Your sense of detail and your taste for innovation make you a collaborator who can truly bring an added value to our various clients.
