For our client in the Region Kreuzlingen, we are looking for several talented, communicative, and sales-oriented personalities for entry into inbound customer service, starting immediately or by arrangement. Ideally, you live in the Region Kreuzlingen / Konstanz DE (maximum 45 minutes commute) and are looking for a long-term perspective in the dynamic telecommunications industry? Work location: Region Kreuzlingen (TG) (maximum 45 minutes commute)
Workload: 80% - 100% (Working days: 5 days per week between Mon - Sun/Public holidays: 07:00 - 24:00)
Employment type: 6-12 months temporary, afterwards possibility for permanent employment

• Customer Consulting & Support: You conduct and document incoming telephone calls in the technical field
• Sales & Portfolio Optimization: You identify customer needs during the conversation and use opportunities for active up- and cross-selling to sustainably optimize the customer portfolio.
• 1st-Level Support: You receive technical faults and process them in an orientation towards solutions.
• Service Excellence: You offer all-round customer-oriented and friendly product and service consulting.

Desired Profile

• Communication & Sales Talent: You are eloquent, motivated, persuasive in conversation management, and possess a strong sales affinity.
• Experience & Affinity: Initial practical experience in technical customer support is an advantage. You possess a high service orientation, a good understanding of telecommunications, and quick comprehension.
• IT Knowledge: You have good PC skills as well as advanced EDV user knowledge.
• Personality: You demonstrate tact in delicate customer situations, are flexible, reliable, and have the readiness for active customer retention.
• Availability & Shift Readiness: The 5-week training (Mon-Fri) must mandatory be able to be completed at 100%.

Flexibility for working hours from Mon - Sun/Public holidays: 07:00 - 24:00. Regardless of the workload, you work 5 days per week.
Formalities: An impeccable criminal record extract as well as an extract from the debt enforcement register must be able to be presented as quickly as possible upon acceptance.
