Your new role: Management of our different groups of clients and professional subscribers, in particular responding to telephone and written requests, processing orders and modifications, managing suspensions and cancellations, as well as the customer database. Management, control, and coordination of print orders for our various daily and periodic titles with our printing centers. Expertise and intervention with our logistics for the shipping and delivery of our products. Ensuring the billing process, reminders, and management of customer claims. Internal and external support for other teams in the Customer Operations department and company departments. Training and support for new employees. Here are the main tasks of the position: You have a basic commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in customer service You have a keen sense of customer orientation and a talent for sales. You have initial experience with an ERP and CRM software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), and skills in MS Excel are an asset. You communicate perfectly in writing and orally in French and German. You have excellent communication and presentation skills. You have an affinity for mobile applications and digital products.
