Head of HR Administration

Tasks

• You lead the HR Administration at the Schafisheim location with 8 employees and develop your team professionally as well as personally
• You ensure professional, efficient, and timely personnel administration and actively drive the continuous optimization of processes and workflows
• As an HR Business Partner, you support the Technology area at the Schafisheim location and are the contact person for employees and managers regarding labor law, personnel, and social issues
• You advise and accompany managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This ranges from recruitment to development and retention to separation processes
• You engage in project and working groups and specifically contribute your experience to the further development of HR processes, services, and instruments

Requirements

• Proactive doer personality with true HR passion who loves being close to people and the business
• Strong service and consulting orientation as well as enjoyment in solving high expectations with healthy pragmatism in a service-oriented manner
• Resilient and winning personality with high consulting competence, social competence, and assertiveness
• Hands-on mentality, resilient and winning personality that makes HR visible and tangible
• Several years of experience in HR, ideally in a comparable function with leadership responsibility in HR Administration and as an HR Business Partner
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor law
