For our Real Estate Sales New Construction department, we are looking for a «Senior Marketing Specialist New Construction».

In this versatile role, you will take on operational responsibility for demanding new construction projects and ensure that they are positioned appropriately for the market, marketed professionally and implemented successfully. In doing so, you act as a central interface between clients, internal specialist departments and external partners.

Your tasks

• Independent support and operational management of new construction projects from the project idea to occupancy
• Development and implementation of positioning, branding and marketing concepts
• Creation of market, target group and price analyses as well as advising clients on strategic issues
• Coordination and management of internal and external stakeholders
• Accompanying materialization and expansion decisions from a marketing perspective
• Responsibility for sales processes, reporting, marketing activities as well as ensuring quality, deadlines and goals
• Professional support of the team as a sparring partner
• Deputy for the Head New Construction as well as participation in acquisitions and the further development of the service offering

What you bring with you

• At least five years of experience in the marketing and management of new construction projects in the residential real estate sector.
• Completed studies or higher vocational training in the field of real estate, business administration or a comparable specialization.
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss residential real estate and new construction project market.
• Experience in project management, real estate marketing and client advisory.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and decision-making strength.
• High quality awareness as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Very good German and English skills.
