Head of Water Services At Eli10, we ensure a reliable and secure supply of drinking water every day, essential to the population and businesses of the Neuchâtel coastline. In order to support our team in their activity, to continue to guarantee a high level of service quality and to prepare for the challenges of tomorrow, we are looking for a Head of Water Services. Your role Reporting to the General Manager, you play a strategic and operational role at the heart of the organization. As such, your main missions are: Define the vision, objectives, and priorities of the service, by managing budgets, investments, and infrastructure renewal. Guarantee the sustainability, quality, and performance of the water service, notably by ensuring the management of suppliers, purchasing, billing, security, relations with municipalities and industry bodies, as well as technological and regulatory monitoring. Unite and support teams by developing skills, cohesion, communication, and the organization of the service. Steer strategic projects and continuous improvement processes in order to support the development of the service. Required experience and training Higher technical or engineering education (HES, EPF). Additional training in management, leadership, or project management (CAS, MAS, etc.). Confirmed experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in a management role, one aout. In-depth knowledge of water networks and mastery of the standards, regulations, and legal obligations of the field (OFSP, SSIGE, security). Sensitivity to budgetary processes and financial management. Experience in project management (coordination, implementation, continuous improvement).
