For the Rechtsdienst department, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You are responsible for processing the legal matters arising in the Tiefbauamt, particularly in the areas of planning and construction law, road and railway law, environmental law, procurement law, civil law including liability law, as well as general administrative law. • You represent the Tiefbauamt in court proceedings before all instances in administrative law disputes. • You are responsible for negotiating and drafting administrative and private law contracts, including land purchase and sale contracts including land registry execution. • You prepare memos, fact sheets and statements on various legal questions and topics. • You carry out legislative projects such as, for example, the preparation and revision of ordinances, regulations, guidelines and city council resolutions.
