Your tasks ##

• You lead and further develop the five-member HR Services team professionally and personally.
• Ensuring professional HR administration and a high service quality throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Responsibility for correct and timely payroll processing.
• You actively participate in the strategic further development of our HR Services and provide impulses for innovative HR solutions.
• Optimization, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes as well as further development of the HR system landscape.
• Ensuring compliance with labor, social security, data protection laws, as well as internal guidelines and standards.
• You lead HR projects and successfully drive change and digitalization initiatives forward.
• Responsibility for the further development of HR governance, compliance, and quality standards within HR Services.successfully forward.

Your profile ##

• A sound HR education with further training at the level of HR-Fachausweis, HR-Leiter*in, MAS Human Resources Management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a comparable function including leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
• Experience in payroll as well as in handling HR systems, ideally ABACUS, UKA and Flowit
• Enjoy actively shaping changes and driving digitalization forward
• A strong understanding of processes as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• A winning personality with high service orientation, discretion, and implementing power
