Clerk Service Center "Industrial Chemicals" (m/f/d)

at the location in Rüti bei Büren

Your tasks:

• Your tasks:
• Receiving written as well as telephone customer inquiries
• Receiving orders and ensuring timely order processing
• Calculating offers according to specifications, submitting them to customers (in writing and by telephone) as well as their documentation in the ERP system and subsequent follow-up of offers
• Looking after the assigned key accounts as well as assisting with planned sales promotions
• Processing customer complaints
• General secretarial work for the benefit of the service center and the field service employees

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent training as well as experience in or interest in the chemical-technical environment
• Professional experience in internal sales or customer service
• Good user knowledge of the common MS Office suite and experience in dealing with an ERP system
• Fluent German skills are required, French skills are a plus
• Teamwork skills, joy in dealing with external and internal stakeholders, reliability, flexibility, independence and an exact way of working
