You will

• lead the Fraud Services team professionally and personally and ensure the achievement of quality and quantity targets
• actively help shape and influence the buildup of the new Fraud Services team from the beginning
• be responsible for and participate in the operational day-to-day business in fraud management
• ensure compliance with regulations, uniform processes, standards, and risk mitigation measures, as well as their optimization in the area of fraud management
• manage cooperation with relevant stakeholders such as Digital Banking, Product Management, Legal, and CISO to ensure a smooth flow of information
• work closely with risk owners, prepare and present status and risk reports, and represent Valiant Bank in projects and specialist committees regarding fraud

You bring

• an adequate education at university or technical college level
• proven leadership experience in a similar function
• comprehensive know-how in fraud management, preferably from the financial services environment
• expertise in regulatory requirements, in particular FINMA specifications
• strong analytical-conceptual thinking, result orientation, and strong communication skills
• business fluent French and conversational English skills
• high motivation to actively shape and further develop the fraud management area
• confident and convincing appearance as well as assertiveness
