Your activities

• be the first point of contact to competently advise our customers by telephone and by video on the themes of payment, savings, pension planning, and digital banking
• welcome customers from our branches via videoconference and offer them a consulting experience that is both personal and professional
• identify the needs of our clientele and recommend the appropriate products and services to them
• create a climate of trust thanks to your empathy, your communication skills, and your open-mindedness, thus contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction

You possess

• a completed basic training in the service sector
• excellent spoken French and fluent spoken German (conversational level)
• enjoyment in human contact as well as in advising and selling by telephone and video – ideally complemented by initial professional experience in this field
• team spirit, an openness to change, and the desire to thrive in a dynamic work environment with schedule planning
• the ability to respond to the different needs of our customers and to maintain an overview even in demanding situations

You must know

• The integration period lasts approximately 2 to 3 months, takes place on-site and is carried out full-time (100%)
• On Mondays, continuous availability is required due to the high volume of requests from our clientele
• Possibility of teleworking up to two days per week after the integration phase – depending on your level of activity
