Compatibility & HR Coordinator Le Passeur de Vin is an independent importer and distributor of wines, sakes and spirits in Switzerland. For more than 20 years, we have been selecting passionate producers and supporting a clientele of private individuals and professionals. To succeed our accountant and ensure the fluidity of our daily management in a duo with our operational coordination, we are looking for a trustworthy, methodical and solution-oriented person. Your Main Missions: Management and monitoring of current accounting: Autonomous maintenance of general accounting up to the balance sheet, entry and control of invoices, reconciliation of our stores' cash registers, management of supplier payments, monitoring of debtors and client reminders. Rigorous preparation of the annual file for our partner fiduciary. Administration & Compliance: Establishment of Swiss VAT returns, client invoicing, administrative management of supplier contracts (insurance, telephony, vehicle fleet) and current secretarial work. HR Coordination: Monthly preparation of salary variables and transmission to the fiduciary. Administrative monitoring of employee files (contracts, entries/exits, management of holidays, absences and social insurances). Your Profile: - Solid training in accounting with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within an SME in Switzerland. - Full mastery of Swiss corporate accounting and VAT. - Excellent ease in written and spoken communication, irreproachable. - Your strengths: Methodical rigor, sense of organization, strict respect for confidentiality (financial and HR data) and ability to adapt to the rhythm of a human-sized structure.
