Your main tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of the HR team with five employees as well as the Head of Housekeeping with 18 employees
• Implementation of the HR strategy in coordination with the management as well as derivation of concrete priorities and measures from the corporate strategy – especially in the areas of leadership, organization, personnel development, employer attractiveness and future skills
• Steering and ensuring professional and service-oriented HR day-to-day business throughout the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and personnel administration to payroll and time management through to departures
• HR Business Partner for assigned business units: Consulting and supporting managers in personnel, leadership and labor law matters
• Functional support of the HR responsible persons at the Ravensburg plant, with around ten on-site assignments per year
• Simplification, standardization and digitalization of HR processes, especially with Abacus
• Leadership and implementation of HR projects

You bring with you

• Further training in the field of Human Resources, Specialist, Head of Human Resources or CAS
• Several years of experience in a generalist, operational HR function, ideally in a production or family business, including leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law, knowledge of German labor law is an advantage
• Good knowledge of payroll and time management as well as affinity for digital HR solutions, ideally Abacus
• Pragmatic, structured and strong implementation-oriented way of working
• Leadership style characterized by openness and clarity
