Our charming 3-star superior hotel with 18 rooms offers a cosy atmosphere where our guests feel at home. The BÄRENSTOBE, our gourmet restaurant (45 places), as well as the TAVERNE (35 places) and the Lehnerstobe (45 places) for events, invite culinary pleasures and special occasions.

HUUS LÖWEN 1878

In this elegant 4-star hotel with 24 rooms, we pamper our guests with traditional Swiss cuisine in the LÖWENSTOBE (50 places) and create unforgettable experiences in the Löwensaal room for events. The vast outdoor space can accommodate up to 80 guests and offers a perfect location to enjoy.

In 2025, we opened our luxurious 5-star superior hotel HUUS QUELL with 30 rooms and suites. Since then, our guests enjoy not only the unique RESTAURANT QUELL with a sharing concept, but also an impressive wellness and care space at the QUELL SPA of more than 2 200 m² as well as the elegant BOTANICUM BAR.

• Warm and professional welcome of our guests at the bar and in the lounges
• Preparation and service of classic cocktails, signature drinks as well as other beverage specialties
• Competent advice to customers on cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages
• Ensuring the smooth daily running of service at the bar
• Setup as well as preparation and cleaning work at the bar
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness and compliance with HACCP standards
• Appropriate storage and control of beverages as well as support during inventories and orders
• Correct establishment and closing of customer invoices
• Close collaboration and support of the different points of sale
• Completed training in hospitality/catering or experience as a bartender or in a similar position
• Passion for bar culture as well as in-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages
• Good command of German and English, spoken and written, other languages are an asset
• Autonomous, hygienic and precise work
• Good ability to learn as well as good organization and coordination
• Friendly, neat and dynamic attitude as well as good social skills
• Stress resistance and professional work even in busy situations
