Your tasks ###

• Management and maintenance of existing customer relations in a technical environment
• Autonomous communication with customers via telephone, e-mail and digital tools
• Analysis, coordination and resolution of customer technical requests and breakdowns
• Processing of customer files, including the creation and management of invoicing
• Verification and validation of technician reports as well as ensuring compliance with defined processes (e.g. iPDF, service protocols, etc.)
• Support for the technical hotline and performance of breakdown analyses

Your profile ###

• Completed technical vocational training
• Very good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (TNC 530 / 620 / 640)
• Experience with Siemens controls
• Good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Solid electrical knowledge as well as the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
• Fluent German
• Customer and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills and reliable way of working
• Passion for technical challenges and complex breakdown analyses
• Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with different departments
