You are a privileged interlocutor between our company and our partners and ensure the smooth running of orders, purchases and various flows. You also contribute to data quality, compliance with processes and the continuous improvement of Supplier Management activities. Your responsibilities -------------------- ### Supplier management and monitoring * Communicate daily with Italian suppliers and follow up on their requests; * Monitor orders, deadlines, deliveries and any discrepancies; * Perform necessary reminders and ensure follow-up of actions until their resolution; * Ensure good coordination between suppliers and various internal departments; * Consult suppliers and compare offers and purchasing conditions; * Identify potential problems or malfunctions and ensure follow-up with the Supplier Manager. ### Activity monitoring * Monitor indicators related to activity and supplier performance; * Contribute to the analysis of results and the monitoring of objectives; * Participate in the improvement of working methods, tools and processes; * Apply and promote the procedures and best practices of the department. ### Administrative management and ERP * Update the ERP: supplier prices, purchasing conditions, article files and other necessary data; * Ensure administrative monitoring and updating of supplier files; * Ensure the quality and reliability of the data entered; * Ensure the monitoring of documents necessary for the smooth running of purchases; * Collaborate with the various departments, notably with the Finance department, for the monitoring of invoicing related to purchases and sample stocks. Your profile ------------ * Commercial, administrative, purchasing, logistics training or training deemed equivalent; * An initial experience in purchasing, supplier management, sales administration or a similar field is an asset; * Excellent command of French, Italian and English, both spoken and written; * Comfortable with IT tools and ideally with an ERP; * Driver's license indispensable.
