Application Manager - Clinical Information System (KIS)

Your area of responsibility: ###

• Ensuring the stable and user-oriented operation of our Clinical Information System (KIS)
• Coordination of master data, workflows, forms, permissions, and system parameters
• Interface management between departments, IT, providers, and manufacturers
• Accompanying changes, releases, tests, and system adjustments
• Supporting key users and users with technical questions as well as creating documentation and training materials
• Participation in KIS projects, process optimizations, as well as topics related to data protection and information security

Your profile: ###

• Completed education or further training in computer science, medical informatics, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Experience in the support of applications, ideally in healthcare
• Knowledge in application operation, support, as well as change and test management
• Understanding of clinical processes, interfaces, and data flows
• Service-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
