Restaurant Manager Holy Cow! / Bern For one of our Holy Cow! restaurants in Bern, we are looking for a highly motivated manager immediately or by arrangement. Requirements * Management of operational business in compliance with Holy Cow! standards * Responsibility for personnel planning as well as leadership of the team * Management of the cash book as well as monthly inventories * Responsibility for administrative and leadership-relevant tasks, monitoring of KPIs and the achievement of agreed goals. * Opening and closing of the restaurant ( * Recruitment of the team as well as regular evaluations * Customer communication (obtaining customer satisfaction, guest complaint management, sales and advice for our customers) * Daily orders of our fresh products and monitoring of stock levels * Hands on, daily collaboration at the front tasks * Completed training in gastronomy or a related industry * Willing to work with Zimmerstunde * Practical experience in the above-mentioned areas * Knowledge in leading medium-sized teams (at least 3 -- 5 years of leadership experience) * Customer-oriented, flexible and very quality-conscious * Good handling of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) * You are a team player * You are used to working in highly frequented and hectic workplaces * You speak Swiss German and English very well. Other languages are always an advantage.
