HR Generalist 80-100% temporary (m/f/d)

Co-responsible for HR administration, on- and off-boarding, and projects

To strengthen the HR team, we are looking for a committed personality who enjoys taking responsibility, works carefully, and convinces with a passion for people and administrative processes.

Your tasks

• Accompanying the on- and offboarding process of employees
• Supporting the further development of the onboarding process
• Participating in conducting HR training for new employees
• Creating and processing employment contracts as well as other personnel administrative documents
• Writing intermediate and work certificates in the Abacus system and Workday
• Adapting and updating job descriptions
• Collaborating in a payroll project
• Supporting application management including creating job advertisements and applicant correspondence as well as recruitment

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further training in the HR field
• Experience in HR administration as well as enjoyment of versatile tasks along the employee lifecycle
• Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with Abacus and Workday is a great advantage
• Payroll knowledge is an advantage, but not a must
• Strong-communicating personality with enjoyment of contact with employees and internal departments
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working with a high service mindset
• German: stylistically confident (C2) / English: good to very good (B2-C1)
