In your role, you will take on nursing responsibility for the individual care of our patients and actively help shape the offerings of our milieu- and group therapeutic concepts. Every patient is accompanied by you individually through the nursing-therapeutic process - even in challenging situations, you maintain an overview and act confidently. Your field of activity is versatile, including daily activity design, administrative tasks, the care of the 24 h-crisis hotline, and the implementation of medical and technical prescriptions. You document observations and developments carefully and report them both orally and in writing. Your profile You are a trained Pflegefachperson HF/FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK PreCheck with a foreign diploma) and want to contribute your expertise in psychiatry. Professional experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally also in the field of crisis intervention, gives you the confidence to master even challenging situations confidently. You love working in a multi-professional team, are interested in milieu- and group therapeutic concepts, and want to actively participate in shaping them. As an open-minded, resilient personality, you score with excellent communication skills and value exchange across professional boundaries.
