On behalf of leading automobile importers, we handle written customer inquiries and serve as the interface between brands, processes, and end customers. Customer Care Advisor 60 - 100% (m/f/d) Strong in writing, digitally networked, solution-oriented Languages: German and French or German and Italian Your tasks: • You process written inquiries via email, chat, and ticket systems - regarding products, appointments, and general concerns. • You work daily with several tools and systems in parallel – each brand has its own process, and you maintain the overview. • You think in networks, recognize patterns, and know which information belongs where. • You don't just find answers, but you formulate them so clearly that no further follow-up questions are necessary.
