• Guest service at the highest level: Warm welcome of our guests and ensuring smooth, professional service at the concierge desk.
• Luxury Standards: Consistent compliance and active application of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) as well as Forbes Standards along the guest journey.
• Fulfillment of individual wishes: Personal support from recommending local insider tips to restaurant reservations and the organization of tailor-made experiences in the Engadin.
• Coordination & Logistics: Seamless organization of arrivals and departures, luggage and parking service, as well as the coordination of all shuttles and transfers.
• Network maintenance: Building and maintaining excellent relationships with local partners, mountain railways, organizers, and service providers in the region.
• Interface communication: Ensuring a perfect flow of information within the concierge team as well as close cooperation across departments.
• Fleet & Maintenance: Responsibility for the professional care and value preservation of the own fleet as well as the equipment used.

This is what you achieve with us

• Professional experience: Several years of practice as a concierge within 5-star hospitality.
• Luxury service standards: Sound knowledge and practical experience in dealing with LQA and Forbes standards.
• Local knowledge & passion: Excellent Engadin regional and local knowledge or the motivation to acquire this quickly.
• Sovereignty & Charisma: Strong host mentality, diplomatic negotiation skills, absolute discretion, and a well-groomed appearance.
• Way of working & Mobility: Independent, highly structured way of working, digital affinity, and a valid driving license category B.
• Language competence: Business fluent German and English; further foreign languages are an advantage.
