Work model: Full time 100%, on site Contract type: Permanent contract Desired start date: As soon as possible Be a force for good and grow through experiences that will make you progress As a "Chef de Rang", you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent gastronomic experience for our customers by ensuring a warm welcome, careful presentation of dishes, and quality service at every meal, cocktail, and event at the Résidence Rive-Reine Nestlé restaurant. How you will make a difference as a Chef de Rang Prepare dining rooms and event spaces: setting up and arranging tables, installing furniture, and adapting modular spaces according to the type of event. Ensure the service of meals, drinks, and cocktails, clearing up, as well as restoring the spaces after service. Take charge of the bar as needed, ensuring the preparation and service of drinks. Guide and coordinate extra staff during service and take over autonomously in the absence of the maître d'hôtel. Perform necessary handling tasks, such as moving and storing tables, chairs, and other furniture and equipment. Participate in cleaning and routine maintenance tasks, particularly of floors, furniture, and service equipment. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service quality instructions. What will allow you to succeed CFC in the field of hospitality-catering or equivalent training. Experience in restaurant service, ideally in a 3 or 4-star hotel establishment or in events. Strong interest in wines or knowledge of sommelier skills is an asset. Ability to coordinate extra staff and to work autonomously. Great versatility, practical sense, and good physical condition to regularly perform handling tasks. Excellent flexibility for variable schedules including weekends Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team spirit Proficiency in French and English is indispensable.
