Your tasks:

• Invoicing as well as processing of accounts payable invoices for the service and customer departments
• Creation, recording and processing of service reports as well as commissioning protocols and WP-system modules.
• Preparation of offers, credit notes, maintenance contracts and corresponding contract documents.
• Maintenance and administration of the filing system for maintenance contracts, offers and other relevant documents.
• Support and updating of customer data as well as maintenance of statistics and Excel evaluations.
• Telephone and written customer support in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Execution of general administrative activities to support daily business.
• Regular assignments at the Puidoux location to support the service organization there.

Your profile:

• A commercial basic training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in customer service or in a comparable service-oriented function
• Enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact
• An independent, structured and careful way of working as well as strong customer, service and solution orientation
• The ability to maintain an overview and set the right priorities even with a high workload
• Enjoyment of working in a team and with various internal specialist departments
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital working tools; experience with ERP is an advantage
• Your native language is German and very good French skills for cooperation with the location in French-speaking Switzerland are a «must have»
• You enrich the team with your open-minded and positive manner as well as with your sales-oriented personality
