To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged, responsible and solution-oriented personality as of immediately or by arrangement as: Your tasks: Leadership of the IT team as well as coordination of external IT service providers and software partners; Responsibility for operation, security and further development of the IT infrastructure; Support of Microsoft 365, networks, servers and business applications; Evaluation, planning and implementation of IT and digitalization projects; Application responsibility for Abacus incl. coordination of updates, adjustments and interfaces; Ensuring reliable user support and service-oriented support; Responsibility for permissions, licenses, data protection, IT documentation, procurement, budget and investment planning; Advising the specialist departments on process optimization, automation and meaningful use of new technologies; Your profile: Training or further education in computer science, business informatics or comparable; Several years of experience in the IT environment; Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks and IT security; Abacus knowledge is an advantage; Experience in project management; Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working; Strong communication skills and high service orientation; We offer: Versatile and responsible task with great scope for design; Direct cooperation with management and specialist departments; Exciting projects around digitalization and automation; Short decision-making paths and modern work tools; Support for further training and 5 weeks of vacation per year
