For our AMAG Retail operation in Winterthur, we are looking for an obliging personality as a Service Assistant (m/f/d) 80-100%.

• Customer Relationship Manager: You greet our customers at the reception and ensure the first contact, both on the phone and personally on-site
• Admin Expert: You take on varied tasks in the administrative area and help with your work to ensure the garage operation runs smoothly
• Bridge Builder: You support our service advisor team in general administrative tasks (e.g., coordination of customer appointments between the workshop and customer service, checking open orders)
• Coordination Talent: You organize and coordinate MFK appointments as well as the registration of commercial vehicles and ensure a smooth process
• Process Optimizer: With your eye for detail, you recognize potential for improvement early on, think along, and actively advance our processes together with the team

What you bring with you

• Vocational training and commercial expertise: You have completed training in the commercial or automotive technical field as well as experience in the automotive industry and in dealing with customers
• Service Pro: You are sociable, enjoy approaching people, and impress with your advisory competence and persuasiveness on the phone and on-site.
• IT Expert: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication, and the application of AI tools
