HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement * You advise and support managers and employees of the Finanzdepartement in all topics along the HR lifecycle * You design and accompany recruitment processes as well as the onboarding and offboarding phases of employees * You support managers in the development and promotion of employees * You plan and conduct workshops, training sessions, and information events on HR-relevant topics * You ensure the correct application of personnel law as well as the uniform implementation of HR instruments and HR processes in the Finanzdepartement * You accompany organizational and change processes and support the further development of the organization * You actively participate in HR projects and in the further development of HR processes and HR instruments * You have a higher education in the field of HR, business administration, or social sciences, as well as ideally further training in the HR field, such as the eidg.
