What you bring with you Bringing an education in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with sound business administration knowledge. Demonstrating several years of experience in IT Service Management and IT Delivery Management, ideally in an enterprise environment. Applying IT Service Management frameworks as well as understanding operational processes and service organizations. Possessing good knowledge of modern workplace solutions such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Client Management, Collaboration Services, or comparable technologies. Contributing experience in collaborating with different stakeholders as well as in managing complex requirements and dependencies. Combining technical and business thinking, combined with a structured, analytical way of working and a communicative, customer-oriented personality. How much you earn Your gross salary for a 100% workload is in the range of 125'000 and 140'000 Francs per year, depending on your prior knowledge and experience.
