HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

✅ You take on complex issues and cases in the areas of payroll, contact with authorities, and sales topics.

✅ You support the monthly payroll runs – from calculation and recording to mutation and control of personnel and wage data.

✅ You provide administrative support to employees and supervisors from entry to exit – including contract creation, mutations, time accounting, as well as sickness and accident reports.

✅ You provide evaluations and statistics that serve as a basis for decision-making.

✅ You actively participate in the digitalization and further development of our HR processes.

What you bring with you:

🔹 You have completed training as an HR specialist (or comparable) and have already gained experience in a similar role. Important: Swiss professional experience is a mandatory requirement.

🔹 Further training in payroll or social insurance is a plus.

🔹 MS Office is familiar to you, knowledge of various ERP systems is an advantage.

🔹 You are service-oriented, think ahead, assert yourself – and enjoy working in a team.

🔹 You work independently and reliably.

🔹 You have a confident command of German – both written and spoken. Both are a must. Any additional language is an advantage.
