starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement.
You are responsible, together with your three-person team, for the entire HR Life Cycle – from entry to exit – and ensure professional, reliable, and service-oriented personnel work. In doing so, you combine daily operational business with the conceptual and strategic further development of the HR area. As a member of the Executive Board, you contribute the personnel and organizational perspective to company-wide issues and advise the Director and managers at eye level. You further develop the personnel strategy, recruitment, personnel development, and Employer Branding and accompany change processes with moderation. As a pragmatic leader, you actively work in daily business, take on operational HR tasks yourself if necessary, and support your team where your cooperation is required. At the same time, you ensure modern HR instruments, meaningful decision-making bases, and efficient digital processes. The further development of health, absence, and case management as well as constructive cooperation with the social partner complement your versatile area of responsibility.
You have a commercial or technical basic education as well as higher further education in Human Resource Management, for example as an eidg. dipl. Leiter:in Human Resources, an MAS Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring several years of professional and leadership experience and know the requirements of a professionally managed HR area from practice. You are as confident in operational implementation as in conceptual further development, advise convincingly at different hierarchical levels, and have successfully accompanied change and digitalization projects. Very good knowledge of ABACUS or sound experience with a comparable HR and ERP system, as well as a good understanding of business contexts, round off your profile. With your integral, trustworthy, and solution-oriented nature, you gain acceptance, lead your team appreciatively and bindingly, and convince through advisory competence, diplomatic skill, and assertiveness.
