Many can explain cars. Advising a customer really well? That is a different story.

For a garage business in the Canton Aargau, we are looking for a service advisor who brings technical knowledge, enjoys working with people, and maintains an overview even when the phone is ringing, the workshop has a question, and the next customer is standing in front of you at the same time.

This is not about simply taking keys and passing on orders.

You are the connection between the customer and the workshop.

Your daily routine

• You receive and assist customers personally, by telephone, and digitally.
• You accept vehicles and create service and repair orders.
• You coordinate appointments and ensure that all parties involved know what is happening.
• You explain technical work, repairs, and costs so that they are understood even without workshop jargon.
• You keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.
• You recognize additional service needs and address them professionally and with tact.
• You coordinate between the customer, workshop, and internal departments.
• Digital processes and modern AI tools are a matter of course for you in your daily work.

What you should bring

Automotive in your blood:
You have training as an Automobil-Fachmann/-frau EFZ, Automobil-Mechatroniker/-in EFZ or a comparable automotive specialist training and already have experience in customer service. Ideally, you are familiar with VW and Audi models.

High voltage is not a foreign word to you:
You have experience with electric vehicles and have a solid understanding of high-voltage technology.

You can work with people:
You listen, ask questions, and find the right words – even if a customer is not feeling quite relaxed in front of you.

You stay cool when things get heated:
Telephone, customer, workshop, and five open tasks simultaneously? You maintain the overview and continue working in a solution-oriented manner.

Digital on the go:
You have no fear of digital processes, virtual customer communication, and new AI applications.

English:
Ideally, you can also communicate confidently in English.

Driver's license:
Cat. B is available.
