We are looking for a Project Manager in the sanitary and also in the ventilation sector

Our partner is a dynamic engineering office for building services technology with a permanent seat (vis-à-vis of the Oerlikon station) in the city of Zürich. For them, we are therefore urgently looking for reinforcement; namely for a Project Manager in the sanitary as well as ventilation sector from 03. August 2026 or by mutual agreement. The main activity of the company comprises phase-appropriate planning in BIM methods and the design of building services systems (HLK) in various building and usage categories. Your tasks: • Contact person for clients, architects, GP, GU and TU • Project management (small + large projects) with other interdisciplinary teams • Independent processing and support of various systems • Assistance with project controlling, invoicing / profitability / supplements • Leading the project team (as a function or position by arrangement) • Designing, drawing/modeling of plans and diagrams • Creating tenders and various calculations • Regular participation in internal and external project meetings • Readiness and support to train our apprentices Your profile: • Training as a building services planner with EFZ (sanitary or ventilation sector) • Further education (such as HF or T) is a great advantage (but not a must if experienced) • A few years of professional experience and completed projects • Networked thinking, independent, flexible and self-responsible way of working • Team player, social and leadership skills • Confident communication with customers, good entrepreneurial understanding • Good CAD knowledge with Nova • Experience in the BIM method or Revit (of great advantage) Our offer: • Exciting and varied projects (also "BIM projects") • Varied and developable activity in a collegial team • Modern workplace at a good transport location (vis-a-vis of the station) • Individual further education support and promotion opportunities • Flexible working time model • 4-5 weeks vacation per year and compensation of overtime • Own company cars (by arrangement) • Fixed lump-sum expenses, business mobile phone / laptop / tablet • Profit sharing / bonus • Executive insurance (pension) • Fair and market-oriented remuneration Have we aroused your interest?
