We are looking for a Dietary Cook 100 % (m/f/d) ###

Your area of responsibility

• Management of the assigned station in the dietary kitchen
• Mise en place at the respective station with an emphasis on the preparation of menu components for diets, nutritional therapy and special diets
• During the planning and development of new trendy dishes, you actively contribute your creative ideas to enthuse our guests again and again
• You actively help in all areas of the kitchen
• You support your colleagues in hot or cold kitchen and participate in the presentation of goods
• You also assist with general tidying and cleaning tasks
• Working days: you work in a clinic open 7 days a week in morning or evening shifts, according to the schedule

Your profile

• You have a completed training as a dietary cook EFZ or a comparable training
• You have initial professional experience, ideally several years in a large kitchen
• Passion for gastronomy, high quality requirements and attention to detail
• You are a team-oriented person, who takes responsibility and maintains an overview even in stressful moments
• You have a good command of German, both spoken and written. Additional knowledge in English or French is an advantage
