Wil Immediately or by arrangement Your tasks <br /> • You will strengthen our dementia & delirium ward team as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF / FH in the field of gerontopsychiatry. • As a primary caregiver, you will assume the nursing responsibility for the individual care and treatment of our patients. • You will accompany them individually through the nursing/therapeutic process. In doing so, you will also successfully master complex situations. • Your areas of responsibility also include daily activities, administration, as well as the implementation of medical/technical prescriptions. • You will document and report your observations orally and in writing. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check for foreign diplomas required). • You have professional experience in long-term care or psychiatry, ideally in gerontopsychiatry, or are interested in deepening your knowledge in this specialist field. • You are interested in working in a multiprofessional team in the field of psychiatry as well as in the care of people with high support needs. • You are a resilient, open-minded personality with good communication skills and value interdisciplinary cooperation. • You have very good German skills (at least C1) and contribute your good IT user skills to the administrative work. <br /> Your salary Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 76'000.- and 110'000.- Francs per year.
