To complement our team in Gümligen, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented person as Head of HRM and Personnel Planning (m/w/d) 80% Your tasks You take over the operational overall responsibility for the entire personnel area, deployment planning, and resource coordination. You lead the personnel department with four employees and develop the area professionally, organizationally, and digitally. You are the central contact person for the management and for employees in all personnel, organizational, and labor law issues. You ensure, together with your team, professional payroll for around 200 employees and are responsible for monthly salary processing and social insurance management. You are responsible for personnel administration, including contract management, entries and exits, changes, time recording, and other HR processes. You and your team ensure efficient, service-oriented personnel and deployment planning. You conduct interviews, consulting and conflict discussions professionally, solution-oriented, and with the necessary finesse. You develop concepts, regulations, and HR projects further and actively drive digitalization and process optimization in the personnel area. Your profile You have a solid education in HR (federal certificate as an HR specialist or equivalent) and have several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable HR function You communicate clearly, convincingly, and discreetly in German and very well in Ösisch and bring a pronounced service orientation.
