On behalf of our client based in Genève, we are looking for a HelpDesk Technician 50% - Morning (f/m/d) responsible for providing first-level IT support to internal users in a demanding banking environment.

Your mission

• Provide first-level IT assistance to internal users, in French and English.
• Handle support requests received by telephone, service portal, and email.
• Record, categorize, and prioritize incidents and requests in the ticketing tool based on their impact and urgency.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve N1 incidents, particularly related to Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.
• Document interventions, write incident reports, and ensure escalation to the competent teams when necessary.

Your profile
----------

• CFC in IT or equivalent training, with ideally 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
• Good mastery of Windows 10, M365, and Microsoft Teams environments, as well as Service Desk type request and incident management tools.
• Excellent mastery of French and a good level of English (B2 minimum), allowing for user support in both languages.
• Rigorous, organized, and structured person, with good analytical, synthesis, and listening skills.
• Excellent sense of service, interpersonal skills, and ability to integrate effectively within a team.
• Residence in Switzerland, availability for a 50% activity rate in the mornings, with a good capacity for adaptation and stress resistance.
