Teamlead HR Services & Payroll 100% (m/f/d) ##

Tasks ##

• Functional and personnel leadership of the HR Services & Payroll area with 3 employees
• Overall responsibility for the efficient and legally compliant processing of all HR administration, payroll, and social insurance processes
• Ensuring timely and correct wage processing including all preparatory and follow-up work
• Responsibility for the correct billing of social insurances, withholding taxes, and other statutory levies
• Further development, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes as well as active participation in shaping the HR system landscape
• Creation and analysis of relevant HR key figures as well as management reporting in cooperation with the local HR management
• Responsibility for the annual financial statements in the area of payroll and social insurances
• Management as well as active participation in cross-departmental HR and digitalization projects
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll and social insurance-related issues
• Topic-specific responsibility for time recording, shift models, and the associated permits
• Development of individual framework conditions in the area of International Mobility

Requirements ##

• Commercial or business administration basic training with corresponding further training in the field of Human Resources, Payroll, or social insurances
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function in the area of HR Services, HR Administration, and Payroll
• Experience in an international environment or a matrix organization is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor/social insurance law and working hours legislation
• Strong service orientation as well as a winning and communicative personality
• High level of initiative, networked thinking, and enjoyment in actively developing and optimizing processes
• Very good German and good English skills
