You manage these from design to operation, ensuring sustainable service delivery. Control of service delivery & provider: You manage internal and external service providers, ensure quality, deadlines, and efficiency, create offers and business cases, handle escalations, and clarify responsibilities for stable service delivery. Service roadmap & further development: You plan the further development of your services, coordinate implementations with specialist departments and delivery teams, promote standardization, reduce complexity, and ensure the operational takeover of new services. Performance, risks & reporting: You measure service performance, analyze SLA metrics and risks, initiate improvement measures, and ensure target-group-oriented reporting for stakeholders and management. Governance & service compliance: You ensure compliance with service, security, and compliance requirements, maintain service-related documentation, and support audits as well as the continuous improvement of services. Your profile Experience: You have sound experience in Service Delivery Management of complex IT services (ideally Digital Workplace/M365). You are proficient in demand, performance, and provider management, as well as working with KPIs and SLAs. Personality: Think in a service- and impact-oriented manner, act in a structured way, and take end-to-end responsibility. You create clarity in complex operational and control situations and convince with assertiveness and target-group-oriented communication. Education: You have higher education in computer science, business informatics, or business administration. Several years of experience in Service Delivery Management as well as knowledge of modern working methods and service frameworks distinguish you. Language: You communicate professionally and with stylistic confidence with a wide variety of customer groups. Very good oral and written German skills are mandatory, English skills are an advantage. Insight into our work IT BS is the internal IT service provider of the Canton of Basel-Stadt and belongs to the Finanzdepartement. The department provides the collaboration and communication infrastructure for mobile and stationary IT workstations and the associated support. Additionally, IT BS continuously develops various offers for the public in the area of eGovernment and digitalization. Functional IT is central to the efficient operation of the cantonal administration. The Abteilung Digitaler Arbeitsplatz-(DAP) is responsible for the provision, further development, and stable operation of a modern workplace environment. This includes device management, communication, digital collaboration, M365 services, and printing solutions. DAP ensures that employees of the cantonal administration have reliable, secure, and contemporary work tools. In this way, the department supports productive, location-independent, and collaborative work and contributes to the user orientation of IT BS.
