Go4HR – the specialist for HR professionals and managers – is looking for you for a versatile position in the HR environment of an established company, fixed-term until 30. April 2027 with the option of permanent employment. Start: immediately or by arrangement.

These are your activities

• You hold the strings together in HR and ensure that administrative processes around employees run smoothly
• You take care of applications and accompany candidates through the recruiting process
• You create job references and ensure clean and professional documentation
• You support administrative HR topics and take on responsibility where your team needs you
• You are the contact point for employees and managers and also find pragmatic solutions for smaller challenges
• You work with HR systems and digital tools and contribute to their further development

This is what we expect from you

• You have a commercial apprenticeship EFZ and ideally have completed further training in HR
• You already bring at least three years of experience from operational personnel work
• You work reliably, precisely, and organized – even when several topics land on your desk at the same time
• You communicate openly and enjoy communicating with different people
• You have a good sense of priorities and like to think one step ahead
• You are an uncomplicated, team-oriented personality who takes responsibility and likes to roll up your sleeves
