Your challenge

• Acting as a Business Partner for management, the functions, and the Group Finance team
• Co-responsibility as a Key User for "SAP-CO" within the SUHNER Gruppe
• Active participation in operational controlling for the locations Switzerland and Germany as well as in the creation of budgets and forecasts in Tagetik
• Driving optimizations in processes and systems with a focus on SAP S/4HANA
• Co-responsibility for profit and market segment accounting (CO-PA)
• Conducting profitability analyses, including the monitoring of gross profit margins and cost centers
• Ensuring deputy coverage in the area of plant controlling
• Performing controls to ensure compliance with the internal control system

Your profile

• Successful degree in business (FH/university) with a focus on (digital) Finance/Controlling or data management
• Alternatively, specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or CAS Controlling
• Practical professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company
• Proficient use of SAP FI/CO as well as strong IT and data affinity
• Sound understanding of corporate accounting paired with strong analytical skills and a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of initiative, the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment, as well as excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong team spirit and enjoyment in the role as an internal sparring partner with an eye for the big picture
