Our client offers you the chance to lead the entire warehouse and transport logistics at a state-of-the-art production and filling site. Here, you will bear responsibility for a motivated team and optimize processes according to the latest standards. Your new tasks: • Leadership & Development: You lead and motivate your warehouse team, create efficient shift and deployment plans (incl. third-party providers), and promote a strong safety and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) culture. • Operational Excellence: You control the daily distribution activities (goods receipt, storage, picking, shipping, and delivery) and ensure timely deliveries. • Resource & Budget Responsibility: You manage the warehouse facilities as well as consumables and ensure compliance with the budget. • Process Optimization & Analysis: You analyze transport and logistics data, identify cost-saving potentials, and provide valuable insights for strategic projects (e.g., freight forwarding tenders). • Interface Management: You work closely with purchasing, customer service, as well as external logistics partners (3PL) and authorities. Qualifications What you bring with you (Your "secret ingredients") • Education: A successfully completed degree with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable higher education. • Experience: At least 3 years of sound professional experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, ideally already with demonstrable leadership experience. • IT & System Skills: Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office as well as a strong affinity for numbers and systems. • Know-how: A good understanding of labor law (for shift planning) as well as modern warehouse processes. • Personality: Assertiveness, high resilience, strong conflict resolution competence, and a structured, independent way of working. • Languages: Fluent German skills (working language) as well as good English skills (corporate language).
